I order the MTP Kit here despite my reservations. I talked to the chat service through facebook, and the response was good and assuring. Nevertheless, I am disappointed with the way you guys handled the tracking of my order. I was not informed that my product was stuck in customs for few days. I got scared because of this thinking I would never get my product until it reached me half week later. I know you guys can’t control everything but need to keep the customers updated. Other than that, everything was good.
